Comment faciliter la mobilité des compétences entre la Tunisie et la France?
En Tunisie, l'été symbolise le retour des Tunisiens résidant à l'étranger qui viennent passer des vacances dans le pays. Leur retour est synonyme d'un apport en devises conséquent pour le pays : près de 7,8 milliards de dinars (environ 2,3 milliards d'euros) selon la Banque centrale tunisienne. Les professionnels travaillant sur la migration et la diaspora aimeraient cependant mieux capitaliser sur les échanges entre les deux pays, afin que la Tunisie soit plus qu'un pays de vacances.
Dobbo backs ‘special’ Yaqeen to shine

Ahmed has been handed the No 10 jersey for Friday night’s opening match of the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry tour at Cape Town Stadium.
Dobson says the gifted youngster has developed even quicker than expected.
“I don’t like comparing players, but it reminds me of a few years ago when Sacha came through our system. Yaqeen is just as dedicated, composed and exciting.”
The Stormers boss believes Ahmed has the temperament to thrive despite the enormity of the occasion.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for Yaqeen. He’s got a huge game ahead of him and hopefully he’ll be able to put in a big shift and go the full distance. That comes from the faith we have in him. He’s special.”

Stormers captain Ruhan Nel insisted there will be no sense of awe when his side faces the All Blacks.
“You don’t contribute to the occasion by running out there and admiring them. You have to be competitive and do your best to live up to the magnitude of the occasion. Of course we’ll think about how big and special it is, but we’re competitors. We want to see how far we can push ourselves.”
Friday’s clash carries extra significance for the Stormers after the squad received their jerseys from Bossie Clarke and Peter Whipp, members of the Western Province side that famously beat the All Blacks 12-11 at Newlands in 1976.

Nel says that famous triumph has provided extra motivation.
“Everyone is talking about Western Province’s victory 50 years ago. We want to be part of that history too. We want to write our own page in history.”
The Stormers captain also believes both teams have plenty to play for beyond the result.
“The guys in the All Blacks squad are probably playing for Test spots against the Springboks. We’re approaching the match with the same mindset. You want to be the best version of yourself.”

Ebola : un décès suspect sur un bateau en direction de Kinshasa
"Il faut intensifier la riposte contre Ebola" selon le patron de l'Organisation mondiale de la santé. Il est en visite depuis mercredi en République démocratique du Congo. Depuis le 15 mai, plus de 3 900 cas ont été enregistrés dans le pays, parmi lesquels 1 801 décès. Ce jeudi, un cas suspect a été signalé sur un bateau en direction de Kinshasa. L'homme est décédé avec des symptômes correspondant à ceux du virus Ebola.
Dobbo: Traditional tours at stake
John Dobson believes the Stormers are playing for more than just victory against the All Blacks in Cape Town on Friday night.
New Zealand are on their full first tour of South Africa in 30 years, with reciprocal tours already scheduled for 2030 and 2034.
But Dobson warned the concept will lose its appeal if the local clubs fail to provide genuine competition.
“If traditional tours are to have value we, meaning the South African clubs the All Blacks will face on this trip, need to win a game. We can’t just roll over and have our tummies tickled,” he said.
“If that happens again this is not going to work, and the concept of the traditional tour will be under threat and hard to sustain for future visits of teams like the All Blacks.”
Dobson pointed to the 2021 British & Irish Lions tour, when lockdown restrictions robbed the series of much of its spectacle.
“Due to it being played during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, that Lions tour was an unsatisfactory product. The teams were in a bubble, we had players in quarantine, the games were played in front of empty stadiums. And all the local club teams took heavy hidings. The Lions won their games by 60 points or more.”
The Stormers face a significant challenge. Like the Vodacom Bulls, Sharks and Lions, they are between seasons, have not played competitively for at least two months and are without several Springboks, including Damian Willemse, Cobus Reinach and Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu.
However, they have been boosted by the release of hooker André-Hugo Venter, prop Ntuthuko Mchunu and No 8 Evan Roos from the Springbok squad, while Junior Springbok World Championship-winning flyhalf Yaqeen Ahmed is set to make his debut.

Dobson admitted he initially questioned the timing of the fixture but said the occasion has grown in significance.
“When this game first came out it was the wrong time and we felt it would stuff up our pre-season. But then it became clear to me that the players desperately want to play in this game, and as the game has approached the magnitude of it has just got bigger and bigger.”

The Stormers have also drawn inspiration from the last Western Province side to beat the All Blacks – the famous 1976 team.
Bossie Clarke and Peter Whipp, who played in that historic 12-11 victory at Newlands, presented the Stormers with their jerseys this week.
“We feel we have the responsibility to our history, to the memory of the famous win over the All Blacks in 1976, to give this game a full go and not hold back,” said Dobson.
